Simon Kirwan is a photographer based in north-west England. In 2000, he was named The Observer Outdoor Photographer of the Year. He has published a series of landscape and aerial photography books, and has travelled widely in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. He is a member of the Association of Photographers, and the National Union of Journalists. Simon Kirwan is equally at home in corporate offices, construction site, light aircraft, mountain summit, live music concert, conference centre, trade show, exhibition venue, or sport stadium.
